i found the breakfast selection satisfying and diverse. the swimming pool was clean and a good size for a refreshing dip. my room was well-kept, meeting my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.
i noticed the english language skills of the staff were limited, which occasionally made communication challenging. i had difficulties explaining specific needs or requests.

beautiful pool strong wifi excellent breakfast
the heated pool was beautiful and well-kept. wifi was strong throughout the hotel, a definite plus. breakfast was excellent with many options available. i also found that bar and restaurant prices were fair, especially considering this is a five-star hotel.
i did notice that the english skills of some staff members could be improved. there were occasional communication difficulties. this especially affected understanding specific dietary requirements at times.

the hotel is close to the center. many taxis are readily available near the premises. this makes getting around very convenient for sightseeing and accessing local attractions.

the staff are polite, well-trained, and always obliging to guest requests. the reception team provided superior service and were very cute. restaurant staff are attentive so i felt well taken care of.

the large secured parking space was very convenient. the staff was friendly, and the check-in was efficient.. i got a room with a pool view on the 3rd floor. the breakfast was fine. next day, i checked out a little later.
the bed was a bit sturdy.
